1. Where we ship

Online orders are currently unavailable, so shipping destinations are not offered through this website. For questions about an existing order, please contact us.

2. Costs and timing

No shipping charges or delivery estimates are offered on this website while online ordering is unavailable. For details of a previously placed order, please contact us.

3. Right of withdrawal — 14 days

If you are an EU consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or a person you designate) receive the goods, without giving any reason and without any cost beyond those stated below.

To withdraw, email us at [email protected] or write to Fundacja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości „Twój StartUp”, ul. Żurawia 6/12 lok. 766, 00-503 Warszawa, Poland. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.

We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the goods back or proof of return shipment. Refunds go to the original payment method.

4. Conditions for returned goods

• Return the goods within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.
• Candles must be unburnt and in resaleable condition. You may inspect a candle as you would in a shop; we may deduct for diminished value caused by handling beyond that.
• You bear the direct cost of return shipping.
• Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless defective.

5. Damaged or faulty orders

If a candle arrives damaged or faulty, write to [email protected] within a reasonable time with photos — we will replace it or refund you, including any shipping costs. Statutory guarantee rights (see Terms of Sale) are unaffected.
