1. The seller

The store at orevanto.art is operated by Fundacja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości „Twój StartUp”, ul. 2. Products

We sell hand-poured scented candles. Each product page describes the scent composition, materials, weight and burn time. Photographs are illustrative; because candles are poured in small batches, slight variations in colour or surface are natural and do not constitute a defect.

Every candle ships with a CLP-compliant label with safety and allergen information required by Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008.

3. Ordering and contract

• The cart is a local browsing aid. Adding a product does not submit an order, reserve stock or create a contract.
• While checkout is disabled, no order can be placed or paid for through this website.

4. Prices and payment

• Displayed prices are in euro and are provided for reference while online ordering is unavailable.
• This website does not collect payment details or process payments.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms, costs and timing are described on the Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

6. Your right to withdraw (EU consumers)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Details and the model withdrawal form are on the Shipping & Returns page.

7. Defects and statutory guarantee

Products are covered by the statutory conformity guarantee under EU and Polish law: if a product is defective or not as described, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. In Poland the seller is liable for non-conformity existing at delivery and revealed within two years.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. We are liable for intent and gross negligence without limitation; for simple negligence our liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage. We are not liable for misuse of candles contrary to the safety instructions on the label and packaging.

9. Out-of-court dispute resolution

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you additionally retain the protection of mandatory provisions of your country of residence.
